The Opportunity
We are seeking 1–2 high-level Field Lead Technicians who can take ownership of diagnostics in the field, support Technical Managers, and lead small teams on-site. This is not a management role. This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on solving real problems.
What You Will Do
- • Lead troubleshooting and diagnostics on AC/DC systems, shore power, generators, and automation systems
- • Execute structured diagnostic processes and report findings clearly
- • Support and guide 1–3 technicians on-site
- • Communicate professionally with captains, crew, and project stakeholders
- • Work with Technical Managers to develop solutions and next steps
What This Role Is NOT- • Not a desk job
- • Not a project management role
- • Not repetitive install work
Who We Are Looking For- • Strong marine electrical troubleshooting experience (yacht or commercial)
- • Ability to think clearly under pressure and avoid guesswork
- • Professional presence in client environments
- • Experience working independently in the field
- • Ability to guide and support junior technicians
Preferred Background- • Yacht Engineer / ETO experience
- • Experience with complex fault finding and system diagnostics
- • Understanding of marine etiquette and working environments
